Important Appointment Tips
When scheduling your appointment with a Weststar technician, please keep in mind that we can get pretty busy during the fall and winter months. For the quickest service and the most flexible scheduling, try to schedule your annual maintenance and inspections during spring or summer.
When preparing for your appointment, please be sure to clean out your ashbox, remove all items within 6 feet of the appliance being serviced, and discontinue appliance use for a full 24 hours. Doing so will help protect your valuables and our technicians.

I have been a customer for several years now. This time, I had them not only clean the fireplace, but change from wood-burning to gas burning. The logs they showed me were beautiful!
