Weststar Chimney Sweeps, Inc. is a family business, owned and operated by Michael & Marietta O’Mara.

Our goal at Weststar Chimney Sweeps is to provide our customers with continued quality service and peace of mind when they use their chimneys. Our employees attend extensive continuing education classes on a regular basis.

The CSIA code of ethics:

• To learn and utilize all chimney and venting safety practices and techniques that are promoted by CSIA.
• To render my services in an honest and fair manner and to refrain from engaging in deceptive practices or making any deceptive statements.
• To promote and educate consumers about safe chimney and venting practices.
• To strive to continually update my knowledge, skills, and technique with regard to currently accepted chimney and venting safety practices.

Residential Service

We want our customers to have confidence that when they are preparing to use their chimney that the fireplace will be well maintained and function properly.  We believe our service helps to protect the biggest investment our customers make during their lifetime – their homes.

Sales Transaction Inspections

Trained by the CSIA to conduct various levels of chimney inspections for homes currently in escrow.

Commercial bids and contracts

We have successfully completed servicing chimney and dryer vents for numerous large Condo and HOA communities.  In the last year we completed over 800 units for a premier property management company in San Diego County. Our general liability policy covers 3 plus stories.
